Dow's Direction ?

After one hour of trading on Monday morning session, Dow gained about 20 points to stay above the lower trend-line. So whether Dow is forming the mini-wave 5 of sub-wave iii as shown below.

Or Dow has completed its bull run and is about to punch through its lower support for its major wave 2 downtrend formation as show below.

Hopefully very soon Dow can show us a clearer picture on its direction.

Tea at The Ritz, London

My daughter arranged something essentially very British for me, to have afternoon tea, something I have never done before. She reminded me again and again to put on my jacket and tie. To have tea with jacket and tie? Really something I have never done before.

"Why jacket and tie?"

"Tea at the Litz, Pa."

Apparently she has to make booking several weeks earlier.

An elegant entrance

The Palm court with luxurious and graceful setting
and with live piano music, light music.

A strict dress code

Shiny silver tea pots, milk jugs and tea strainers.
And a choice of several varieties of tea.
As usual, I have my English Breakfast tea.

Other minor details not to be overlooked

On the top level of a 3-tiered cake stand
there were mille-feuille, macaron, chocolate cake and raspberry tart.

So beautiful and was really good

On the mid-level were English scones, moist and soft, not my taste.

A variety of delicious sandwiches at the bottom level.

It is 'eat all you can' with continuous top-up by the waiter.

What a memorable London afternoon.

My daughter has really spoiled me !!!!

But I really enjoyed every moment of the afternoon tea,

Dow - Is the show over ?

Dow dropped 128 points (0.95%) to close Wednesday trading session at 13,344.

If the above wave count still hold, Dow is about to finish its mini-wave 4 of sub-wave iii at around 13,300 level.

However, what if Dow were to plunge through its lower trend-line and continue to move lower? Under such circumstances, I will have to go back to my original wave count as shown below.

Dow has finally completed its major wave 1 that started in March 2009 as shown below.

Is this the major wave 2 of the mega wave VII ? Has to wait for confirmation.

The next question is whether the bankers and politicians allow this to happen? Will Bernanke starts his QE4 ?

Dow - I did it my way.

At the close of Tuesday trading, Dow dropped 110 points (0.8%) to 13,473.

To complete wave c of the mini-wave 4 of sub-wave iii, Dow is likely to drop to around 13,300 level in the next few sessions before moving up again to complete its mini-wave 5.

 "I did it my way"

When the big boys are holding all the stocks, the politician and the bankers will have to make sure that Dow has only one direction to go.

I just wonder how high Dow will go before the bubble finally burst. It is rather amazing that Dow can be at its current level when the whole world economy is in such a mess.

Dow - Continues to climb.

The latest comment from Marc Faber is very bearish. He told 'Fox Business' that he was 100% certain that U.S. would enter a recession.

"I am now bearish about practically all assets near term. I think we're entering a correction time, where there will be some disappointment, where stock markets from the recent highs can easily drop 20%"

In another interview by CNBC, he said,"I just want to have a lot of cash because I think that within the next 6 to 9 months we can buy just about anything 20% lower than it is now."

Meanwhile Dow continues to moves higher to complete the last journey of its major wave 1. At this moment, one hour after the opening bell, Dow added about 65 points standing at 13,641 level, which is higher than its recent high of 13,596 (Sept. 20).

An alternative wave count for Dow is as shown below.

Dow is about to complete its sub-wave iii of its wave (v).

Dutaland - Has sub-wave ii ended ?

Dutaland gained 2 sen to close at 53.5 sen with a much higher volume today.

Has sub-wave ii ended and sub-wave iii started ?

I am more inclined to think that Dutaland is forming its mini wave 3 of wave b of sub-wave ii as shown below.

However, I am also on the look out for volume as high as its August's volume to rule out the above wave b of sub-wave ii scenario. If in the next few day, the volume is high and the price is able to break the sub-wave i's high of 57 sen, it is likely that sub-wave ii has ended and sub-wave iii has started as shown below.

Dow - End of a major uptrend ?

The 20th September's high of 13596 can be a possible end of the uptrend for Dow unless its sub-wave v or wave (v) is extended.

If the uptrend has ended, the last few days of rebounds is the mini-wave 2 of sub-wave i as shown above. The major wave 2 pullback can have a minimum correction of about 20% to the bottom of wave (iv) at around 10655. The worst that can happen is a 100% retracement to its September 2009's low of 6547.

At this moment I am assuming the 2009' low of 6547 is the end of a mega-wave VI.
