Dow - Forming wave iv of C

Dow (24,103)

Dow is about to complete the wave iv of C of its major wave 8.

If major wave 9 were to start say next month, Dow will be able to last a few more years with new record highs before the end of its mega wave VII. Mega wave VIII correction is expected to be about 50%.

FBMKLCI (1,863)

My wave count for KLCI remained the same as last week but abrupt change to its form cannot be discounted in view of the current volatile and uncertain political scene.

Dow - Will the current correction end at 22,600?

Dow (23,533)

If Dow is having its major wave 8 correction and if 15% is the target, Dow is expected to end its correction at around 22,600 level, another 933 points or 4% to go. But if the $60 billion tariffs on China as announced by Trump were to develop into a full scale trade war between the US and China, 22,600 is unlikely to be the end for Dow .

FBMKLCI (1,865)

As mentioned in my previous postings, firstly I have a not so likely but bullish wave count as shown below, a major wave 5 in the making.

Secondly I have a bearish wave C (-15%) of mega wave (6) scenario.

Now I have come up with an even worst wave count for KLCI as shown below.

A 46%, short duration, mega wave (6) correction is the best we can have, unless it can turn into a shallow but long duration correction.

The worst case that can happen is a super wave (II) correction. Do remember, stopping at mega wave (4) is the minimum target.

Dow - To plunge or to surge ?

Dow (24,946)

Following my previous bearish reading of a major wave 8 correction (-15%), Dow is forming its wave C of 8. It has completed the sub-wave i-ii and mini wave 1-2, the next down will be the mini wave 3 of sub-wave iii, the drop can be sharp.

However if Dow can have a strong surge in the next few trading sessions, starting next Monday,

or it can continue to drop for the next two to three days next week follow by a strong surge before end of the week, then the current correction since early February is only a wave (iv) pullback. The major wave 7 is going to have 9 waves instead of 5 waves. There will be more new record highs in front before the completion of this major wave 7.

FBMKLCI (1,846)

Moving in tandem with the Dow, KLCI has been forming a similar pattern as Dow since early February

If Dow were to plunge, I guess KLCI  will plunge in tandem to complete the wave C (-15%) of its mega wave (6).

However if Dow were to surge higher, KLCI is expected to break out at the upper end.

A very bullish scenario. Is it possible?

Insas Bhd (Rm 0.905)

I am still waiting for Insas to unfold its major wave 5 with a minimum target of Rm 1.80.

Has Insas completed its major wave 4? I hope it has but it is always difficult to pinpoint the ending of a corrective wave.

Dow - Major wave 8 correction

Dow dropped 577 points (-2.27%) within 3 days, very likely it is forming the mini wave 3 of its wave C of its major wave 8 instead of the wave A as mentioned in my previous posting.

Dow - Stronger than expected rebound on Friday

Dow (25,335)

Dow caught me by surprise with a 440 points (1.77%) rebound on Friday, when I was looking for the starting of mini wave 3 of iii of A. But as long as it doesn't go higher than its sub-wave ii's closing high of 25,709 my current wave count can still hold.

However if Dow continues to move higher and go above 25,709 then it is more likely that major wave 7 has not yet ended. The current correction is more likely to be the wave (vi) of 7, A more bullish scenario.

FBMKLCI (1,843)

To tie in with the two possibilities of Dow, I have developed two possible wave counts for KLCI.

If Dow is having its major wave 8 correction, KLCI is likely to go for its 15% wave C pullback.

If Dow is only having a wave (iv) correction, KLCI will be having its sub-wave (iv), a side way consolidation.

Dow and FBMKLCI

Dow (24,538)

Dow is forming the wave C of its major wave 8. I expect it to end somewhere near 22,600 level, another about 8% to go.

FBMKLCI (1,856)

If KLCI is unable to move above 1,870 level, the current down trend is likely to be the sub-wave iii of the wave (i) of its wave C. I expect it to go to 1,600 level.

The 9 Flying Stars - Part 2 Good Stars Bad Stars

For 2018 the best stars are No. 8, 9 and 1. Good stars are No. 4 and 6. Bad stars are No. 7, 5, 3 and 2. A star, whether its is good or bad it depends on which period it is in. From 2004 to 2023 is period 8, star 8 is in command and it is the most auspicious star during period 8.

During the last period 7 from 1984 to 2003, The 7 star was the most auspicious star with prosperity for those in the legal profession and entertainment sector.

The star in command of the period is the most auspicious star. The stars for the two following periods are good stars too. The remaining 6 stars can be good or bad depending on their natural characteristic and the location they are in. For the current period 8, star 8, 9 and 1 are auspicious stars.

For example, during period 5 from 1944 to 1963, the star 5 was most auspicious, this '5 killing' star stood for power and authority, was a kingmaker star. Star 6 and 7 for the next two following periods, period 6 and 7, were auspicious stars too. The remainder six stars, namely star 8, 9, 1, 2, 3 and 4 were a mixture of good and bad stars. Even the star 8, the wealth star, when out of the period and when landed in a bad location, could be a bad star that could bring financial disaster or bankruptcy.

Every year the stars fly into new locations following a fix path as shown below.

To develop the chart for 2018, one can use the 2017 chart and move star 1 to the location of star 2 and move 2 to 3, 3 to 4 and so on and finally star 9 to the location of star 1.

Similarly one can use the 2018 chart as shown below to develop the chart for 2019.

From the Chinese 'Pa-Kua' each direction is represented by one of the 'five elements' namely wood, fire, earth, metal and water.

For the nine stars, each star has its own element too.

There will be interaction between the star's element and the directional's/location's element.

From the chart shown above, star 8(earth), will be slightly weakened by the wood element at South-East location. Star 4 (wood) will also be weakened by the fire at the South, since wood produces fire it also means it is being consumed by fire. Whereas star 6 (metal) is strengthened by the earth element at the South-West location as earth produces metal. The strength of both good stars and bad stars can vary depending on the locations they are in.

The usual way used by the feng shui master to enhance or weaken the impact of a certain star in a certain location is to use material related to the five elements.

So far I am touching only the surface of this 'flying stars' feng shui. Those that are interested in this subject, you can either do your own research or to get a sifu to teach you.
