Heinous crime without criminals

Lim Kit Siang :

After a 17-month inquest, with the best show put up by the best lawyer with 24 years of experience that represented MACC

The Coroner came out with the following:

"NOT SUICIDE & NOT HOMICIDE"
(No wonder some said the MACC HQ is haunted)

Mnnn Pre-Fall Neck Injury, very interesting.

That lawyer with 24-year of experience has demonstrated in the court how one can strangle oneself, very interesting.

Can one be so frustrated over assisting MACC in the investigation of a suspected corrupt practice involving only RM2,500.00 that he strangled himself ? Mnnn, very interesting.

The accidental actor has this to say

Help to press for the truth is 'Politicising', actor can really talk. May be, the old man has his own MCA's logic, don't talk anymore, let's forget about the whole thing, let's help the deceased's family forget about the whole thing so as not to prolong their suffering as well as MCA's suffering. "

I say, "Hi brother, please don't talk lah, when you talk, I will have to talk, because if I don't talk many people don't like me. When they don't like me, they won't vote me. But if I talk and help to press for the truth, my boss doesn't like me. The more you talk the more I suffer, please lah, help help a little bit lah."

"Discredit the Government" he said.
But I do agree with his thinking this time.

His Equation :

Finding out the truth = Discredit the Government

PM Announced

Set up a Royal Commission of Inquiry as requested to look into MACC's procedures .

Dow - On course to complete major wave b

Refer to my previous post, assuming the Mega Wave 6 scenario, it is possible that Dow is at the tail end of wave 5 of major wave b. As shown below, it has completed its sub-wave vii. Sub-wave viii and ix of wave 5 will be completed soon. If major wave iii has only 5 waves, the current bear market rebound will end at sub-wave ix.

However, if major wave iii has more than 5 waves, Dow can take the following form with 9 waves .

Bursa Malaysia

Bursa Malaysia started 2011 with a bang, that can be the last surge of major wave b as shown in the following Industrial Index if major wave (III) has only 5 waves.

However, if major wave (III) has more than 5 waves, the Industrial Index would take the follow 9-wave form. Very similar to Dow, it has to be. When Dow plunges, the whole world plunges.

The last journey is usually difficult to predict, same as Dow, it can fall short with a failure wave (III), it can also drag on further for a little bit longer.

Foreign Fund in Bursa Malaysia

Information on the movement of foreign funds in Bursa Malaysia can be obtained from Bursa Malaysia's website on a monthly summary basis. The following charts were obtained from the said website.

In December 2010, 27.13% of the total value of Rm 35.7 billions traded was by foreign players.

In term of total volume traded, only 10.11% was due to foreign funds. Most of their counters were heavy weights.

In December, there was a net inflow of Rm 2.6 billions of foreign fund into Bursa Malaysia.

It is very glaring that local retail players are more interested in low-price stocks.

Foreign funds started to flow back into Bursa Malaysia since June 2010. Net inflow of foreign fund reached its highest value in September 2010. Since June 2010, cumulative net inflow of foreign fund is Rm 16.8 billion. More foreign funds started to move into Bursa Malaysia again in December 2010. The big jump in the Bursa Malaysia's indices in the first 4 days of 2011 is very likely due to the foreign funds buying the blue chips. As long as the Dow can hold, with possible more inflow of foreign funds and more participation from local player, Bursa Malaysia may go for an exponential rise in its indices. Is this the April 1993 scenario where KLCI moved from 650 to 1300 within 9 months? or is this the January 2008 scenario where after a one month surge the KLCI dropped from 1500 to 850 within 10 months? To me, it all depends on the Dow, how long can it hold.

More civil way of fighting between husband and wife

Poems written by WIFE and HUSBAND

WIFE:
I wrote your name on sand it got washed.
I wrote your name in air, it was blown away.
Then I wrote your name on my heart & I got Heart Attack.

HUSBAND:

God saw me hungry, he created pizza.
He saw me thirsty, he created Pepsi.
He saw me in the dark, he created light.
He saw me without problems, he created YOU.

WIFE:

Twinkle twinkle little star
You should know what you are
And once you know what you are
Mental hospital is not so far.

HUSBAND:

The rain makes all things beautiful.
The grass and flowers too.
If rain makes all things beautiful
Why doesn't it rain on you?

WIFE:

Roses are red; Violets are blue
Monkeys like u should be kept in zoo.
Don't feel so angry you will find me there too
Not in cage but outside, laughing at you

Ekovest - So it is possibility 1

3 Months ago in September, I have 2 possible outcomes for Ekovest as shown above. By now it is quite clear that possibility No. 1 is the one.

In fact, the moment the price pulled away from the Rm 1.90 level on Monday, it confirmed the 1st possibility.

Currently it is forming the sub-wave iii of wave 3. For 1.618 times the magnitude of wave 1, wave 3 is likely to reach Rm 5.70 level. The only problem is whether Dow can last long enough for Ekovest to reach its target.

The moment the big Mega wave C of Dow starts to form, Ekovest will be dragged down to give the above pattern. Under such condition, the current up-trend is wave 3 of wave B and not wave 3 of mega wave (III).

'Head and Shoulders' fizzled out

Dow gained about 100 points (1%) after one hour of trading. On the first trading day of 2011, Hong Kong, Singapore and most Europe bourses in general gained about 1% to 1.5%.

The possible 'Head and Shoulders' formation for Hang Seng that I have mentioned a few weeks ago has became unlikely as the index was well supported to stay on top of the neckline and has moved side-way for more than a week.

The mini wave v for Hang Seng may drag on but I still like to maintained that Hang Seng is expected to complete its major wave B in January 2011.

Singapore's STI, like hang Seng, failed to form its 'Head and Shoulders' as shown below.

As long as STI does not go above 3,305, it is still possible that major wave B has ended. January can be dangerous.

Dow remained on course to complete its wave v of its major wave 3.

When will wave v end? Unpredictable is its characteristic. It can fall short, it can also be extended.

Happy New Year - Just Relax

I shall not do anything today, just sit back and relax and listen to my old favorites and recall a little bit of these and that.

Mary Hopkin - Those were the days

This is a song that I would like to sing to my wife.

"Doing the garden digging the weeds,
Who could ask for more."

"Will you still need me,
will you still feed me,
when I'm Sixty-Four?"

A cottage in the Isle of Wight

My wife will definitely love to go there but she might not "knit a sweater by the firesides"

I always feel good to see the Hippo

Jim Reeves - He'll have to go. My favorite.

The answer from Skeeter Davis.

I love Daffodils

I really love Daffodils

And the following song from Brothers Four - Seven Daffodils.

" A pillow of piny boughs to rest your head"

Nice to see them performing after more than 4 decades.

I really really love Daffodils

Nana Mouskouri a Greek singer, her song 'Over and Over' is hard to forget.

Another song from Jim Reeves - Adios Amigo

I shall end this post with Los Indios Tabajaras - Maria Elena
