Dow put on 45 points after 2 hours of trading on Tuesday morning. European bourses that have lost more than 2.2% at one stage rebounded immediately following positive sentiment in US. At the close of trading in Europe, losses were reduced to around -0.3%.

As I have mentioned before, everybody is looking at Dow for direction. If Dow is going for its wave B rebound, the rest of the world bourses except Shanghai market are likely to behave in more or less the same pattern.
