Dow - Let's monitor along the big C

From now on I am going to monitor the market along the direction of major wave C of the mega wave 6 as shown above until I am proven wrong. Any rebound is likely to be technical in nature to the oversold market condition.



Dow managed to recoup 207 points from its low of 11,648 to closed at 11,855, losing only 138 points.


I am looking for a closing price of below 11,8oo to confirm a breakout on the down side. The intraday low of 11,648 may provide a temporary short term support for the Dow.

This call by Alan Greenspan, should be bearish for the market.

Dow - High probability mega wave C has started

First it dropped below the wedge

30 minutes after the opening bell, it dropped 211 points (1.76%) to dip below the lower support. If this drop is maintained until the closing bell, it is very likely that the mega wave C has started.

I am looking at the 5,000 to 6,000 level.

NIKKEI 225

Japan Nikkei 225 lost 1,649 points (16%) in two days to closed at 8,605 today, which is lower than its previous low of 8,824. Down trend is on.

In the 1995 January Kobe Earthquake of 7.2 magnitude on the Richter Scale, the death toll was 6,434. Nikkei index dropped 7.5% within the first week and ultimately it dropped 24.7% after 6 months.

But the current quake of 8.9 magnitude with possible death toll exceeding 20,000 and with the nuclear plant crisis, I expect the index to go below its historical low of 7172.

Very bearish, it is the wave iii of 3 of (I) of the mega C.

Still a long way to go, we are only at middle of major wave (I) of mega C. There are wave (II), (III), (IV) and (V) in front of us.

Japan 8.9 Earthquake and 10-meter Tsunami

The 8.9 magnitude quake at Pacific ocean about 130 East of Sendai, Honshu, Japan on 11th March 2011 has generated a 10-meter high tsunami that swept 10 kilometers inland. Death toll is expected to exceed 10,000.












The quake occurred as the Earth's crust ruptured along an area about 250 miles (400 kilometers) long by 100 miles (160 kilometers) wide, as tectonic plates slipped more than 18 meters, said Shengzao Chen, a USGS geophysicist.
