KLCI continues to consolidate. It is either trying to complete its major wave 4.

Or it has already completed its major wave 4 and is forming the wave (ii) of its major wave 5. Wave e of (ii) is about to complete.

EG Industries Bhd (Rm 0.84)

There is a possibility that EG has completed its major wave 4

It is also likely that it has completed the sub-wave i-ii of its wave (i) of 5. I hope today's 2 sens gain marked the starting of its sub-wave iii.

RCE Capital Bhd (Rm 1.44)

RCECap continues with the wave (iii) of its major wave 5.

It added 9 sens today to close at Rm 1.44 to form its mini wave 3.

It's Simply Madness

Dow futures plunged an intra-day maximum of 955 points to 17,421 when it started to appear that Donald Trump was going to win the Presidential Election. And almost all the Asian markets plunged in tandem.

But when Trump has finally won the presidency, Dow ended Wednesday's trading with a gain of 256 points at 18,589. From its (Dow futures) intra-day low of 17,421 the gain is 1167 points. This is madness.

But if we go by the wave count on a daily chart, everything appeared to be in order and is well behaved.

Dow is forming its wave (v) and it continues. Hopefully Dow can reach 20,000.

Dow moved up strongly on Monday and closed with a gain of 371 points (+2.08%) at 18,259.

Dow (17,888)

If Dow can hold around its current level, it remained possible that the current consolidation is the wave (iv).

 

However, if Dow continues to move lower next week, then it becomes more likely that Dow has completed its mega wave 1 in early 2015 and the current down trend is the wave C of its mega wave 2.

FBMKLCI (1,648)

I am not sure whether KLCI is forming its major wave 4

Or it has completed its major wave 4 in 2015 and it has been forming its a-b-c-d-e wave (ii) since October 2015.

 

Felda Global Ventures Holding Bhd (Rm 1.93)

FGV is either going for a seven wave sub-wave ii

Or 5-3-5 a-b-c sub-wave ii.

EG Industries Bhd (Rm 0.84)

It appeared to me that EG has completed its major wave 4 in October at 82 sens. As long as EG can hold above 82 sens it is possible that it has started its major wave 5.

Insas Bhd (Rm 0.71)

Insas is about to complete its sub-wave ii.

Weekly Review

Dow (18,138)

Dow has either completed its wave (iv) or it is at the tail end of its wave (iv).

If Dow can continue to move higher from its current level, very likely it has completed its wave (iv).

But if Dow still has some down side to go, then it has yet to complete its wave E of (iv).

FBMKLCI (1,658)

If KLCI can move higher from its current level, it is possible that it has completed its major wave 4 with a failure mini wave 5. This is an optimistic assumption.

More likely KLCI will continue to move lower to complete its mini wave 5 and wave c at some level closer to its wave a.

EG Industries Bhd (Rm 0.88)

Very likely EG has finally managed to complete the wave (ii) of its major wave 5.

It is likely to move higher forming its wave (iii) of 5 with new record high OBV.

CIMB (Touch N Go Department) has sent me a cheque recently to refund me fifty Ringgit.

FGV and Insas

Felda Global Ventures Holding Bhd (Rm 2.39)

FGV added another up candlestick today. Very likely it has started its mini wave 5.

Insas Bhd (Rm 0.725)

Insas is forming the mini wave 5 of its sub-wave i of its wave (iii).

Wave (iii) has a possible target of Rm 1.10 if its magnitude is 1.618 times of its wave (i)'s magnitude.

Crude Palm Oil (US$628/m.ton)

CPO's price peaked in 2010. Since then it has formed 5 down-wave. If the current rebound is wave 6, the magnitude is about there. Then it is likely to move lower for the next 12 months to completed its wave 7.

However if it can continue to move higher, then the last low is likely to be wave A and the current up-trend is likely to be wave B. I think this option is of higher possibility.

But if Dow continues to move lower for another 5 to 10 days, then it is forming its wave (iv).
