I love emails

Some emails can really make me smile. The followings are some of them.

"Sometimes when I reflect back on all the wine I drink
I feel shame. Then I look into the glass and think
about the workers in the vineyards and all of their hopes
and dreams .. If I didn't drink this wine, they might be out
of work and their dreams would be shattered.
Then I say to myself, "It is better that I drink this wine and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver."

Dilution of Radioactive Waste ?

From 'thestar online' December 11, we have the following.

"Rare earth waste can be sold in Malaysia if Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (Lamp) converts it into commercially safe products", said Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Ongkili on Tuesday. 

He considered the waste no longer hazardous, if the radiation emission did not exceed 1 becquerel (Bq) per gram. (1Bq/g). Just wonder which waste he is talking about.

I think Lynas has convinced him that it is OK to mix 1 cu. m. of  of Lynas's waste of say 20 Bq/g with 19 cu.m. of other material of 0 Bq/g to have 20 cu.m of commercially safe products of 1Bq/g.

If mix with 39 cu.m of 0 Bq/g then we will have 40 cu.m of even lower radioactivity of 0.5Bq/g.

If this is the way, radioactive waste is no longer a problem in the world. 

A much much better and easier way is to throw the waste into South China Sea and then collect 1 gram of the sea-water and measure its radioactivity. I am sure the reading will be much less than the 1 Bq/g mentioned by Ongkili. If the reading is more than 1 Bq/g, "I will cut my ear and jump into the Pahang river."

Dow - No serious pullback in the near future

Dow gained 98 points (0.75%) after about an hour of trading. Standing at 13,268 level, Dow is only 342 points (2.5%) away from its October's high of 13,610.

It appeared to me that its major wave (5) has 9 waves. Wave (i) to wave (ix) as shown below.

It is possible that Dow is currently forming its wave (vii). So for the next 3 to 4 months, Dow is not expected to have any serious pullback. The 20% correction correction mentioned by Marc Faber may have to wait for a while until major wave (5) has completed its 9 waves.

Bursa Malaysia should be able to hold until the announcement of the 13th General Election. I do not know what will happen after the election especially if Barisan National loses the election.

The Jews

Nobel prizes have been awarded to over 800 individuals and about 20% of them were Jews, although Jews comprise less than 0.2% of the world's population.

Out of 9 individuals that won the 2012 Nobel Prizes, 3 of them are Jews, that is 30%. They are Robert J. Lefkowitz (Chemistry), Serge Haroche (Physics) and AlvinE. Roth (Economics Sciences).

There are about 5.6 millions Jews in the U.S., that is only 1.8% of the population, but out of the 400 billionaires on Forbes' list of the wealthiest people in America, 100 of them are Jews.

Well-known names such as Albert Einstein, George Soros, Ronald Lauder ( Estee Lauder), Mark Zuckerberg & David Fischer (Facebook), Steven Spielberg, Sergey Brin (Google), Alan Greenspan, Ben Bernanke ..... The are all Jews.

The country needs to change

Personally I don't like Zaid Ibrahim, I always consider him a political opportunist. But once a while he did say things that I like to hear.

Zaid Ibrahim,"It looks like the use of force, intimidation and money will not end if the BN retains power in the coming elections. ................."

Dow - A quick Update

I am still talking about a super wave VII.

The question remains the same.
Has Dow completed its mega wave 1 of super wave VII ?

The answer is 'NO' if the major wave (5) has 9 waves - wave (i) to wave (ix). Dow has just completed wave (vi), it is forming the wave (vii) currently as shown below - Possibility 1.

The answer is 'YES' if Dow starts to move lower in the next few days and goes below its November 15's closing level of 12,542 as shown below - Possibility 2.

I got to keep an eye on the 12,542 level.

For Bursa Malaysia, the main question is
"Can BN win the coming General Election ? "
If the answer is "YES" - Everything will be OK if Dow is OK.
If the answer is " NO" - Then the next question is whether BN will step down peacefully.
If the answer is "YES" - Everything will be OK if Dow is OK.
If the answer is " NO" - May God bless you.
