Why were some Sabah and Sarawak MPs protested when the Federal Law Minister tabled the Constitution (Amendment ) Bill 2019 at the Parliament yesterday as what has been promised by Pakatan Harapan before GE14?

The PM mentioned 'The agreement between the Federation of Malaya, Sabah and Sarawak'.

But the proposed amendment to Article 1(2) reads: "The states of the federation shall be : (a) Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor and Terengganu; and (b) Sabah and Sarawak.

The whole amendment is just to split the original 'states' into (a) and (b), that's all?

What is the difference between these two new territories and the three existing Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya?

Liew Vui Keong told reporters at the Parliament lobby, "Sabah and Sarawak lawmakers would be held accountable if they scuttle the effort to amend the constitution to honour MA63".
