Advance Synergy Bhd (ASB) ( 22.5 sens)

ASB dropped 3.5 sens today to closed at 22.5 sens. If this drop is not the mini-wave 6, then it has to be the starting of sub-wave iv.

Pan Malaysia Corporation Bhd (PMC) ( 24 sens )

PMC started to form its wave (iv) in November 2013 and has completed the wave (iv) by early April 2014.

PMC took another 1.5 months to form its mini wave 1 & 2.

PMC added 1.5 sens today with high volume. It is possible that its mini wave 3 has started.

It has just announced its quarterly earning at 0.24 sen a share. Net assets per share is 49 sens. It has zero borrowing and its cash in hand is Rm 133 million which equivalent to 19 sens per share.

Advance Synergy Bhd (ASB)

Advance Synergy Bhd (ASB) (Rm 0.26)

ASB gained 7 sens today or about 37% to close at 26 sens with very high volume of 109 million shares traded.

My wave count for ASB remained the same. ASB is forming the sub-wave iii of wave 1 of its major wave (3).

 

The next pullback will be the sub-wave iv correction.

S&P closed at record high.

S&P 500 closed at a new record high of 1,900 on Friday but the volume is the lowest in 2014. There was no mass participation.

My wave count for Dow remained the same, it is forming the mini wave 2 of its wave e of wave (xii).

I am not so worry about wave (xii) correction, my main concern is whether the uptrend since March 2009 will end with wave (xiii).

Nouriel Roubini said, "We're at the very beginning of a credit bubble". And he expect the market to last another 1 to 2 years. (No collapse but as usual there will be corrections)

Marc Faber told CNBC on Thursday, " ...... it could easily drop 10 - 20% ..." and I don't think Marc Faber has ruled out what he has said in April that the 2014 crash will be worst than the Black Monday crash in 1987.

So it is good to be careful when wave (xiii) started to set new highs.

Dow - Forming mini wave 2 of wave e

Dow gained 158 points (+0.97%) on Wednesday forming the mini wave 2 of wave e of wave (xii). The next wave down will be the mini wave 3 of wave e. I am looking at 16000 level for wave (xii).

Marc Faber told CNBC, "The US market is in a very dicey position where it could easily drop 10 - 20 percent."

"I think we are bracing for a general asset deflation, I think the system is still very vulnerable. I'm not predicting a complete collapse because money printing can go on almost endlessly but it will have unintended consequences."

So, market will not collapse if money printing continues.

Dow - Wave e in progress

Dow is currently forming the wave e of its wave (xii). Wave (xii) can be unpredictable, it may fall short or it may over-shoot the lower trend-line at around 16,000 level. The next up-wave, wave (xiii) may bring Dow to above 17,000.

Hopefully, wave (xii) can be completed before end of May.


Advance Synergy Bhd (ASB) (Rm 0.185)

ASB added 4 sens (27%) to move from 14.5 sens to 18.5 sens with high volume in the last two trading sessions.

Is this the starting of its major wave (3) ?

After forming its bottom in 2009, by end of 2013, ASB has completed its major wave (1) and (2). From September 2013 to March 2014, its has completed its sub-wave i & ii.

It is currently forming the mini wave 3 of its sub-wave iii of its major wave (3).

ASB is about to announce its 2014's 1st Quarterly (January to March) earning. For its 4th Quarter ending 31st December 2013, ASB lost 3.16 sen per share. Its Net Assets per share is 0.86 sens. It has a net cash backing of 9 sens per share.

Personally I don't think the Malaysian Government has intentionally provided 4 hours to those who diverted the plane. Being a Malaysian for 64 years, I can say that I am a typical Malaysian. I love to drink coconut water, especially young coconut water.

I love 'durian' especially with pulut'.

And I usually sleep very well especially after eating durian, pulut and curry.

At 1.20am, I am usually having my sweet dream on my comfortable bed. I think most Malaysian are like me. I usually wake up only after 5.30am in the morning. I think most Malaysian are like me. So if you ask me what has happened to the plane during that 4 hours. I can only tell you, "I don't know." I think most Malaysian are like me.

Dow - It is wave (xii)

Dow dropped 102 points to 16,613 on Wednesday and it has dropped another 140 points after 90 minutes of trading on Thursday morning. The index is hovering around 16,473 level at this moment.

With these drops, I can forget about Dow breaking the 16,800 level as mentioned in my previous post. It is more likely that Dow is forming the wave e of its wave (xii) as shown below.

Wave e is usually quite unpredictable, it can fall short and it can also over shoot. I expect Dow to complete its wave (xii) by end of May. Wave (xiii) may take another one to three months to complete.

Since wave (xiii) can mark the end of major wave (5) or the end of mega wave 1, the correction after wave (xiii) can be either major wave (6), a 11% drop or mega wave 2, a minimum 35% drop. Be careful my friends.

Another possibility is the major wave (5) has more than 13 waves then we will have wave (xiv), (xv) and (xvi) and so on, the up-trend just continues.

If he is right, we can forget about the mega wave 2 for the next 1 to 2 years.

Dow - New record high

Dow gained 112 points on Monday to set a new record high at 16,695 level. My previous wave count for Dow remained valid as long as the current up for Dow does not go beyond 16,800 level for its wave d.

However if Dow can go beyond 16,800 in its current run-up, I have no choice but to revise my previous wave count to the one as shown below even though Dow has only 3 mini waves instead of 5 for the wave c of its sub-wave ii.

With this possible wave count, Dow is currently forming the mini wave 3 of its sub-wave iii of its wave (xi), Dow will needs more time to complete its wave (xi), (xii) and (xiii) before its next major wave (6) or mega wave 2 correction as mentioned previously. Dow may have to take 9 to 12 months to complete its wave (xi), (xii) and (xiii).

That means Dow is unlikely to have a major pullback until first quarter of 2015. Similarly FBMKLCI, Hang Seng and Singapore STI are not likely to have major correction until early next year.

The main question now is whether Dow can go beyond 16,800 level in its current run-up.

Bursa Malaysia - Property Index

The long-term wave count for property index remains the same, it is forming its sub-wave v.

So far the property index has completed the mini-wave 1 of its sub-wave v and it is on its way to complete its mini-wave 2. Property stocks are likely to take a rest until the completion of the mini-wave 2.

FACB Industries Incorporated (Rm 1.62)

Facb performed very well today, it gained 15 sens (10%) to close at Rm 1.62 with high volume. It is forming its mini-wave 7 of its wave (vii). It is the 7 of (vii), very dynamic.

Don't forget its cash backing per share is Rm 1.76, not to mention its other assets and business.

Dow - Possible turning point at wave (xiii)

Dow ended lower on Friday. If Dow continues to move lower next week then it is possible that wave d of (xii) has ended and Dow is going down to complete its wave e and wave (xii).

Then the next wave up is wave (xiii) and that can be a possible point for the major wave (5) to end if wave (ix) at the end of December 2013 is not the turning point.

If there is a major wave (6), it will be a 15% pullback and if there is no major wave (6) and the major wave (5) is also the end of mega wave 1, then be prepared for a plunge of 35% if you are lucky. The worst can be a 60% drop if Dow goes all the way back to March 2009's low of 6,547.

Latitude Tree Holdings Bhd (Rm3.08)

Latitude Tree put on 33 sens or 12% on Friday with high volume. It opened with a gap of 3 sens. It appeared to me that its wave 7 has started.

From its low of 60 sens in November 2012, Latitude Tree has gained 400% to reach Rm 3.08 within 17 months.

Before end of this month, Latitude Tree will have to announce its 3rd Quarter (January to March 2014) earning. It reported very strong earnings of 15.02 sens and 19.52 sens a share for its 1st Quarter (June to September 2013) and 2nd Quarter (October to December 2013) respectively. Judging by its price movement on Friday, it appeared to me that it is going to report another strong earning for its 3rd Quarter.

Sad to say, I have sold my last Latitude Tree upon reaching wave 5 :(
