The bull has been running for quite sometimes. The traders will trade until the peak, trade during correction and trade until the bottom. Long-term investors will just lock up their stocks and wait for the bull to complete the whole journey. For those that fall in between these two categories, they may not want to hold stocks during correction phase. These group may be interested to know where the market stands at this moment. The following discussion is based on the assumption that Dow is not running away and is due for consolidation.
Composite index has completed sub-wave (i)-(ii), currently in sub-wave (iii). Since (i) is an extended wave, I am expecting a short (iii) and (v). Advisable to take profit before (iv) sets in or during the final sub-wave (v) depending on the wave count for each individual stock.
Second Board is a late starter, which is usually the case. It is currently in sub-wave vii and is almost at its end. Sub-wave viii will take only one or two days follows by the final sub-wave ix.
Time is running out, advisable to take profit.
Masdaq is a late late starter and has turned very speculative, advisable to take take profit. You can never know when the music will stop.
Finance is on its last journey unless there is an extension to wave xiii.
Same as Composite, since sub-wave (i) is an extended wave, sub-wave (iii) and (v) are expected to be short. (iii) can end anytime follows by (iv) and a short (v)
Consumer and Industrial products are both at their respective final journey.
Trades and Services is the same as construction index, expecting a short (iii) and (v)
Property index is on its last journey of sub-wave v.
If Dow does not run away next week, Plantation index is likely to have completed its current run-up, refer to Case (C). However if Dow started to run starting next Monday or Tuesday, Plantation is going to run equally fast as shown in Case (A) and (B) above.
In fact if Dow were to run next week, the wave for all the sectors mentioned above will be extended. Watch out for Dow's breakout and Plantation's breakout.
