30 minutes into Tuesday trading session, Dow dropped about 140 points. If this is the starting of a higher degree pullback, hopefully it can confirm whether Dow is going for Option 1, starting of wave 3 of major wave C as shown below.
Or Option 2, heading for 'Double Top' reversal pattern, before the plunge begins.

ANAWA and Australia's Environmental Defenders Office EDO lodged a referral with the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) this morning calling on the latter to reopen the project and revisit Lynas 'outdated' approvals.
