Super Blood Moon - Photo from London

Super Blood Moon Total eclipse

The moon slowly reappeared

On last Sunday, 27th September, we have a rare 'Super Blood Moon Total Eclipse'. It happened only 5 times since from 1900 to 2000. This is the first time since 2000. The next time is 2033.

We need a combination of four lunar events to get a super blood moon total eclipse.

First we need a full moon. Second the moon is closest to the autumn equinox. Third the moon is as close to the earth as it will get all year, a super-moon and fourth we need a total eclipse.

The photo was taken in London, so clear.

In Malaysia or Singapore or Indonesia we couldn't see the moon on that night but we can see 'Blood-Sun' almost everyday.
