Dow gained 168 point after 45 minutes of trading. At 10486, Dow has set a new 2009's height. Is Dow going to break its ceiling as shown below ?

Chan Kwang Yew: A very forgetful chinaman Ah Pek, ex-civil servant, pensioner now but still very active, like to poke my finger into everything. Married with 2 daughters and a son.
