How a politician talked

This is legal. Wearing red is legal.

Najib, "The component parties had voiced out many opinions and we have decided to agree to disagree on IT."

The term 'agree to disagree' is a phrase in English referring to the resolution of a conflict whereby all parties tolerate but do not accept the opposing position - Wikipedia.

The interesting thing here is the 'IT' mentioned by Najib, whether he was referring to 'the red-shirt rally' or 'the objection by his component parties to the red-shirt rally'.

This is illegal. Wearing yellow is illegal too.

Some had claimed that this is a rally by the Malaysian of Chinese origin to humiliate them and their religion.

And they pointed the finger at DAP.
