Dow moved higher despite Crimea's crisis

Crimea is an autonomous parliamentary republic, is part of Ukraine, located on the Crimean Peninsula on the north shore of the Black Sea. Its area is about 26,100 sq.km, about 36 times the size of Singapore.

Dow gained 0.7% or 109 points to 16,331 on Thursday when we have news that Russia's lower house of parliament has overwhelmingly approved a treaty to annex Crimea from Ukraine, prompting tougher sanctions from the United States and Russia responded with its own sanctions against a list of U.S. officials and lawmakers.

I still prefer to maintain that at best Dow is forming the wave b of major wave (6). Under this scenario we still have mini wave 3, 4 and 5 to go. Wave b is likely to end near 16,600 level.
